Overview
KJM Construction was commissioned to construct site infrastructure for a residential property development comprising of 89 properties and garages, sewers, roads and associated external works.
The work included drainage, sewage diversion and surface water connection to a live culvert. We also created the foundations for a 4-metre highway retaining wall and laid the base course for the roads.
